🌿 Day 2 – From Death to Life
Before Christ, we weren’t just “struggling.”
We were spiritually dead.

But God…
Those might be some of the most powerful words in Scripture.
“But God, who is rich in mercy…” (Eph. 2:4)

Ephesians 2:8-9
✨ “For by grace are ye saved through faith…”

We don’t earn salvation. We don’t bake enough, serve enough, homeschool enough, or pray enough to deserve it.
Salvation is a gift. 🎁
Very good column here about being alive! What I have come to realize that when being alive it’s referring to our affection. When we were dead towards God, we had no affection towards Him. Being alive is having affection towards Him. Act 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being;
Col 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
Col 3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
Col 3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
